Issued by Glazer Games (Organizer)
This Addendum (the “Terms”) is issued by Glazer Labs Private Limited (operating under the trade name “Glazer Games”) (the “Organizer”), under license from Indiadotcom Digital Private Limited (“IDPL”), to each participating team (the “Team”). By confirming participation, the Team agrees to be bound by these Terms and the official Free Fire MAX Rulebook, which governs gameplay, eligibility, and conduct for the tournament.
Definitions
1.1 “Event” means the online tournament titled “Zee Media Presents Arena of Champions”, organized and managed by Glazer Games.
1.2 “Team” means any group of players officially registered to participate in the Event.
1.3 “Players” refers to the rostered competitors representing the Team.
1.4 “Rulebook” means the official Event Rulebook as circulated by the Organizer and updated prior to the start of the Event. 1.5 “Match Lobby” refers to the online game room created or authorized by the Organizer for official matches
Event Overview & Acceptance
2.1 The Event will be conducted entirely online. All matches, registrations, and communications will occur through digital platforms designated by the Organizer.
2.2 Teams must adhere to the schedule and operational guidelines provided by the Organizer.
2.3 By confirming participation, the Team agrees to comply with these Terms and the Rulebook.
Eligibility, Roster & Registration
3.1 Each Team must register 4 main players and may nominate 1 substitute player.
3.2 The Roster will be locked once registration closes. Any changes thereafter require written approval from the Organizer.
3.3 Age Requirement: All players must be 16 years or older as of the event start date. Minors (16–17) must provide a signed parental or guardian consent form.
3.4 Players must use their registered in-game names and team tags consistently throughout the tournament.
3.5 Any false information, impersonation, or use of unregistered accounts may lead to immediate disqualification.
Technical & Equipment Guidelines
4.1 Players must compete using their own devices and internet connections.
4.2 The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues including lag, disconnections, or power outages at the player’s end.
4.3 Players must ensure a stable connection, updated game version, and functioning hardware before match start.
4.4 Emulator, external triggers, or any third-party software giving an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Conduct, Fair Play & Integrity
5.1 Players and Teams must maintain the highest standards of sportsmanship and integrity.
5.2 Any form of cheating, collusion, smurfing, match-fixing, or use of unauthorized software will result in disqualification and possible permanent ban from future events.
5.3 Toxic behavior, verbal abuse, hate speech, or harassment in chats or on public platforms will not be tolerated.
5.4 Players must follow the directions of Tournament Officials during the event.
5.5 Alcohol, drugs, or other substances affecting gameplay are prohibited during matches
Branding & Representation
6.1 Teams shall provide official logos, team names, and player tags for broadcast and content usage.
6.2 Any sponsor branding or affiliations displayed on player profiles or streams must comply with Organizer and publisher policies.
6.3 The Organizer reserves the right to reject or request modification of branding that violates publisher or event guidelines
Broadcast, Media & IP Rights
7.1 The Organizer retains exclusive rights to broadcast, stream, record, and distribute all Event content.
7.2 Teams and players may not restream or co-stream official matches without prior written approval.
7.3 By participating, players grant Glazer Games and Zee Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their names, gamer tags, images, voices, and gameplay footage for promotional and commercial purposes connected to the Event.
7.4 Players must accept the Media & Likeness Release Form prior to participation.
7.5 Ownership of Tournament Branding All rights, title and interest in and to the tournament name “Zee Media Presents Arena of Champions”, together with all related logos, designs, hashtags, and associated goodwill, shall vest exclusively in Indiadotcom Digital Private Limited (“IDPL”). The Organizer and participants shall use such branding only for purposes of the Event and in accordance with the Organizer’s written directions. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any ownership, registration or commercial rights in the Tournament branding to any participant or third party
Match Operations
8.1 All matches will be played online according to the official Rulebook.
8.2 Teams must check in on time as per schedule and remain available during the Event window.
8.3 Match remakes will only occur for verified server-side issues or technical faults confirmed by the Organizer.
8.4 All competitive decisions by the Tournament Officials are final and binding.
8.5. In case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms and the Rulebook, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
Prizes & Payments
9.1 Prize pool distribution will follow the official Rulebook or any published announcement by the Organizer.
9.2 Teams must provide valid bank and UPI details for prize disbursement.
9.3 Failure to comply with event rules or misconduct may lead to prize forfeiture.
Non-Disparagement
You shall not make, publish, or share whether publicly or privately, any negative, defamatory, disparaging, or malicious statements about the Organizer, sponsors, partners, or any entity associated with the Event.
● This obligation continues for two (2) years after the Event.
Sanctions & Remedies
11.1 Violations of these Terms or the Rulebook may result in penalties, including match forfeits, disqualification, bans, or prize reduction.
11.2 The Organizer reserves the right to enforce disciplinary actions at its discretion
Force Majeure
12.1 The Organizer may modify or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical failures, server outages, platform restrictions, or other events beyond its control.
12.2 The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to ensure fair play and continuity of the competition.
Liability
13.1 Glazer Games will not be liable for technical issues, disconnections, or any indirect damages resulting from participation.
13.2 Players are responsible for their own equipment, internet, and account security during the tournament.
Acknowledgment & Acceptance
14.1 By replying “ACKNOWLEDGED” via the official team representative, the Team confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the official Rulebook.
14.2 The Team Manager/Captain must ensure all roster members are aware of and comply with these Terms.
Governing Law
15.1 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
